milwan Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and milwan ("milwan", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the milwan platform accessible at milwan.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the milwan platform — including the sportsbook, milwan Casino, slots lobby, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by it.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using milwan. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of milwan is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You are at least 18 years of age. milwan is strictly an 18+ platform. Any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing milwan as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not accessing milwan from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole and personal responsibility to determine whether accessing milwan is lawful in your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from milwan or any related platform, or had an account closed for fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence.

milwan reserves the absolute right to verify eligibility at any time and to restrict or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

To access milwan's full suite of services, you must register an account. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You may hold only one active milwan account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, milwan will close all secondary accounts, any balances in duplicate accounts may be voided, and any winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milwan login credentials. Any activity conducted from your account is deemed to have been conducted by you. Notify milwan immediately via [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

milwan operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time milwan deems appropriate — you may be required to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document not older than three months);
• Proof of the payment method used (screenshot or confirmation of your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account);
• Any additional documentation milwan reasonably requests for identity or source-of-funds verification.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. milwan may place a temporary hold on account activity during the verification process. This is a standard procedure and does not imply any finding against the account holder.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. You may deposit funds to your milwan wallet using the payment methods currently supported by the platform, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Wallet section of your account. milwan does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals. You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to completed KYC verification, the absence of any pending investigation, and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. milwan will process withdrawal requests to the payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, subject to operational limits. milwan reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Currency. All transactions on milwan are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will occur at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction. milwan does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. milwan reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on milwan are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, milwan Casino, and slots. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

milwan reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) it was placed in error due to a pricing or technical fault; (b) the outcome was known at the time of placement; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these terms; or (d) there is evidence of manipulation or fraudulent intent. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer dealing procedures. milwan does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

milwan offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum cashout restrictions. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after satisfying wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• milwan reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for the specific promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on milwan and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent limits;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults rather than reporting them;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using milwan for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward milwan staff or other users.

9. Suspension & Termination

milwan may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) milwan is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) milwan suspects fraudulent or abusive activity; or (d) your account is subject to a chargeback or disputed payment.

Where an account is closed in circumstances not attributable to a breach by the player, any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may close your milwan account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration selected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the milwan platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of milwan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of milwan content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, milwan's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

milwan shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data; (b) indirect or consequential loss; (c) interruption of service caused by technical issues beyond milwan's reasonable control; or (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

milwan makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and connection are secure before accessing the milwan platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

milwan is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, milwan provides the following tools directly within your account: deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect and cannot be reversed for the selected duration. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. milwan encourages all players to use these tools proactively — do not wait until a problem develops to set limits.

13. Privacy

milwan's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the milwan Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using milwan, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. milwan does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and milwan arising from these terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via milwan's customer support channel. Where resolution cannot be achieved informally, disputes may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution mechanism described in milwan's FAQ.

15. Amendments

milwan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of milwan following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
